Michelle Case – Partner
Michelle graduated with an M.B.A. Specializing in Finance and Management, Loyola University Chicago, July, 1998, and with a B.S. Business Administration; Organizational Management, Colorado State University, May, 1997. She served as President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes for three years, was selected to be state representative for National Student Leadership Forum in Washington D.C. (1997) and started a big brother/big sister program at an elementary school. (1997).
As Vice President of Benchmark Associates, she led acquisition processes for clients in a variety of industries; this processes included search, contact, financial analyses, valuations, negotiations, due diligence, transition planning (including culture analyses, staffing, budgets, strategy and operating tactics), and implementation. Michelle also led management consulting projects for various CEO’s and his/her senior executive team. This included strategy, problem solving, decision making, team training (personality assessment using DISC profiling, conflict resolution, leading and managing, staff / team selection development, and coaching / mentoring). She also served as project leader for special assignments – customer benchmarking, employee surveys, marketing / sales strategy (market / competitive research, distribution research, product management planning).
Prior to Benchmark, she was vice president of Accounting for JRMK. (Mortgage Banking), Denver, Colorado. She managed the company’s accounting system, financial reporting and annual certified audit, managing a staff of 10. She also has served as Project Leader – Acquisitions for Office Centre (Office Supply), Denver, Colorado. She completed twelve acquisition transactions for Office Centre in preparation for “Roll-up” IPO, managing a staff of 4.
Michelle is also a President/ COO of a healthcare transportation company and has grown the business from a $1mm revenue per year company to a $35MM company over the past 3-5 years. The company has experienced tremendous growth over that time period. Michelle has been responsible for the roll out of all new business locations and clients to transform the company into a nationwide provider for healthcare logistics. Michelle heads all the account operations, working with each account manager to ensure our standards of operating excellence and client satisfaction.
